The big picture: Be certain that your process collaborates with training experts to develop a robust training program that ensures end users are engaged, knowledgeable and able to adopt change during the implementation phase.

Why it matters: Serve as an expert to support the education and training of end users, working to increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions.

State of play: Provide ongoing and remedial user training; establishes and performs data and access protection processes; and performs related work which include data input and record maintenance.

How it works: Be certain that your staff monitors problem/change activities; coordinates interactions between technical staff and end users to respond to requests; provides training to users on hardware and software applications.
