State of play: Interact with members daily to help develop relationships, foster community connections, and obtain feedback on product quality, event requests, service levels and overall satisfaction.
What to watch: Work with internal and external (internal) customers to efficiently analyze, resolve, and manage quality issues that arise to prevent negative impacts to product quality, service, schedule performance, and/or cost.
How it works: Perform functional and regression testing of application and interfaces, to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and adhere to product quality standards.
Be smart: Work side by side with engineering leaders to enforce an automation first strategy to test case execution; ensure CI/CD pipeline key integration to drive product quality.
On the flip side: Make sure your organization is identifying, assessing and communicating product safety risks through leading and executing life cycle assessments, participating in product risk assessments, and providing guidance and direction for business product quality and commercialization management processes such as claims substantiation, design control, and literature and label content review and input.
Under the hood: Oversee that your strategy maintains daily quality checks on the processes, documentation and metrics to ensure activities by other process owners and supervisors is being completed.
