Why it matters: Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios (unit, integration, regression) using your test management tool to support verification of all (internal) customer requirements (configuration, customization, security roles, reports, interfaces, workflow, etc.
Between the lines: Participate in the APQP and PPAP activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.
