In my opinion the book plus the on-line course are powerful tools for helping someone get through the certification exam. malc ITIL Review

malc ITIL and Study at your own pace without breaking the bank

malc ITIL : Increasingly IT job adverts specifiy the ITIL Foundation qualification as a requirement and this seemed to me to be the most cost-effective and flexible way to achieve the qualification. I have not yet studied the whole course however I find the online approach with forums quizzes and ‘lessons’ very helpful backed up by the study guide book. I find it useful to have a deadline by which my online enrolment will cease as this focuses my study towards sitting the exam; however it also allows me to arrange the exam at a time convenient to me – especially important as I am going to have to travel 100s of miles to a test centre. Obviously the proof will be in the pudding (or the exam result) but definitely so far so good.
