The big picture: Design resources to be used to lead (internal) customers based on risks or areas for improvement that are identified in engagements, as well as helping your (internal) customers improve their Operational Excellence through the adoption of your best practices.

Why it matters: Analyze and advise on the risk and remediation of security issues based on reports from vulnerability assessment scanners, patch management tools, and emerging threat information.

How it works: Liaison so that your company is responsible for introduction of new emerging technologies, cloud adoption plans, cloud infrastructure design, and cloud management strategies.
